Damian Colletti

I’m a humanistic and transpersonal therapist. I specialize in personal growth and life transitions, helping people to align their everyday lives with their deeper values and purpose

I qualified a level 7 BACP-accredited course in 2026. That may not mean much to you so, if it helps, Level 7 means I am qualified at postgraduate-level (Master’s equivalent) from a training program designed for advanced counselling and psychotherapy.

Since 2023 I've been working as a therapist in both Central London and Sussex.

I offer a wide range of psychotherapy and personal development work, dealing with various issues including anxiety, depression and bereavement.

I'm offering short and long term therapy both online and in person.

A man with light skin, curly brown hair, wearing a purple T-shirt, standing indoors near a gray wall, with a modern office background.

It's just a ride… and we can change it anytime we want.

It's only a choice.

No effort, no work, no job, no savings of money. A choice, right now, between fear and love.

The eyes of fear wants you to put bigger locks on your door, buy guns, close yourself off.

The eyes of love, instead see all of us as one.

How I Work

I offer a calm, relational approach to therapy that looks beyond symptoms like anxiety, depression, or feeling overwhelmed, and focuses on you as a whole person.

We work at your pace, creating a space where you can talk openly, feel understood, and begin to make sense of your thoughts and emotions.

I’m not here to tell you who to be—but to support you in understanding yourself more fully, and finding a way forward that feels right for you

Ready to Talk?

If something in this has resonated, you’re welcome to get in touch. We can begin a conversation about what’s bringing you here, and whether this way of working feels right for you.
